This past spring Josh and I were approached by the ever talented + lovely Laurelyn from Laurelyn Savannah Photography to be the "models" for her styled wedding shoot. I had a total "pinch me" moment when I read her invitation email. Like, for real?! Me? Josh? Wedding shoot? Style Me Pretty Blog feature? It was all a little too good to be true. The day, location, vendors, and overall experience was fantastic. Even my reluctant "I'm doing this for you" husband enjoyed himself. THAT is saying something, folks!
I think now is when I stop doing the talking, and start letting the pictures do their work...
As I was writing this blog post Josh came in the room and I gave him a BIG smile saying, "these pictures just make me so happy." They truly do. There is definitely a soft spot in my heart for weddings. I will always love them and admire the art and talent it takes to do what all of these vendors do.
