I've always been an active + healthy person.
Healthy living, nutrition, and exercising are passions of mine.
While these things may be my passions, I also find struggle in them.
You could say I am your "average woman," struggling to find body acceptance, self love, all while navigating through a society heavily influenced by the negative promotion of dieting and achieving the perfect body.
